Refund Policy – Dono Rooms

At Dono Rooms, we strive to offer flexible and transparent booking experiences. Our refund policy is designed to protect both guests and property partners.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by Property Owner or Dono Rooms

If a booking is canceled by the host or Dono Rooms due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund, along with assistance in finding alternative accommodation where possible.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Transaction fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

4. Special Cases

Non-refundable rates and promotional bookings may not be eligible for refunds. Please review the booking terms before confirming.
