Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded, and the full booking amount will be charged. Please note that the time of cancellation is based on the local hotel check-in time.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before check-in time. The refund will be Credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation.
3. Non-refundable Bookings
Certain promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable. These terms will be specified at the time of booking.
4. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive at the hotel), the total amount of the booking may be charged, and no refund will be issued.
5. Modifications
