HOTEL GIRIVAR DHAM Hotel Policies & Guest Guidelines 1. Check-in & Check-out - Check-in: 12:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. - Valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all adult guests. 2. Guest Identification - All guests must provide valid ID proof as required by applicable hotel/government rules. - The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided. 3. Room Occupancy - Rooms may only be occupied by the number of guests included in the booking. - Any additional guest must be informed to the hotel and may be charged separately. - Extra bed/mattress is subject to availability and applicable charges. 4. Payment - Full payment may be required at check-in unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. - Any additional room service, food, extra bed or other charges must be settled before checkout. 5. Cancellation & Refund - Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the booking plan and booking source. - Advance payment may be non-refundable where the booking terms specify so. - No-show bookings may be charged according to the applicable booking terms. 6. Electricity / Power Backup - The hotel provides power backup facilities. - During a power failure, certain high-load facilities such as AC and geyser may not operate on backup power. - Guests are requested to cooperate during such situations. 7. Hotel Property & Damages - Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage or loss of hotel property caused by them or members of their group. - Applicable repair/replacement charges may be recovered from the guest. 8. Room & Hotel Cleanliness - Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and take care of hotel property. - Towels, linen, room accessories and other hotel property must not be removed from the premises. 9. Noise & Disturbance - Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid loud music or excessive noise. - Any activity causing inconvenience to other guests may be stopped by hotel management. 10. Visitors - Outside visitors are subject to hotel rules and may be required to provide valid identification. - Overnight stay by an unregistered guest is not permitted without prior approval from hotel management. 11. Smoking / Prohibited Activities - Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking areas. - Illegal activities, possession/use of prohibited substances, gambling or any activity violating applicable law is strictly prohibited. 12.
