Cancellation Before Check-In

Non-Refundable Bookings

No-Show Policy

If a hotel partner is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to operational issues, overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, users may be eligible for a full refund or alternative accommodation subject to availability.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, payment gateways and financial institutions.
Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges
In cases of duplicate payments, technical errors or failed transactions where funds are incorrectly debited, DONO Rooms will investigate the issue and initiate refunds where applicable.
