These terms explain the rules for using DonoRooms website, app, hotel booking services and partner tools.
Terms & Conditions for DonoRooms.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of DonoRooms, including our website, mobile application, hotel booking services, user accounts, hotel partner services, online payments, invoices, reviews and support features.
By accessing DonoRooms, creating an account, booking a room, making payment, registering as a hotel partner or using any service provided by DonoRooms, you agree to follow these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using DonoRooms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Use of DonoRooms Platform
DonoRooms provides hotel search, room listing, availability checking, booking, payment, invoice, cancellation, review and hotel partner management services. Users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Users must provide accurate information while registering, booking, contacting hotels or making payments.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or interfere with platform security.
DonoRooms may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the platform when required for operational, legal or business reasons.
2. Account Registration & Verification
Users and hotel owners may need to create an account to access booking, partner, payment and profile features. Email OTP verification may be required for signup and password reset.
User Account
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under their account.
Partner Account
Hotel owners must submit accurate business, hotel and contact details. Partner accounts may require admin approval.
3. Hotel Bookings
Booking confirmation depends on room availability, payment status, hotel policy and platform verification. DonoRooms may show hotel details, room images, prices, amenities, policies and availability based on information provided by hotel partners.
Hotel amenities, room images, policies, check-in/check-out timing and availability are provided by hotel partners. DonoRooms may moderate or verify listings, but users should review all details before booking.
Guests must carry valid identification documents as required by the hotel and local rules. Hotels may deny check-in if guest information is incorrect, documents are invalid or hotel policy is violated.
4. Payments, Pricing & Invoices
DonoRooms may support online payment through payment gateways such as PhonePe and optional pay-at-hotel bookings where enabled. Booking status may depend on successful payment confirmation or hotel approval.
Online Payment
Payment confirmation is subject to successful gateway verification. If payment fails, booking may remain unpaid or unconfirmed.
Pricing
Prices may vary by date, room category, demand, offer, coupon, tax, fee and hotel pricing rules.
Invoices
Users may download invoices or receipts where available after booking or payment confirmation.
Failed Payments
If money is deducted but booking is not confirmed, DonoRooms will verify gateway records and assist with resolution.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Booking cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy, booking terms, payment status and DonoRooms refund policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Hotel partners are responsible for providing correct hotel details, room information, images, pricing, availability, policies and contact details. DonoRooms may approve, reject, suspend or remove hotel listings that violate platform standards or provide misleading information.
Hotel owners must honor confirmed bookings and provide services as described in their listing.
Hotel owners must keep room availability, pricing, policies and images updated.
DonoRooms may deduct platform commission, payment gateway charges or applicable service fees as per agreed settings.
7. Reviews & User Content
Users may submit reviews only for eligible completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, respectful and based on real experience. DonoRooms may hide, moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, fake, misleading, unlawful or violate platform guidelines.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
DonoRooms acts as a platform connecting users and hotel partners. While we aim to provide reliable booking and support services, hotel stay experience, on-ground service quality, property operations, check-in decisions and hotel facilities are primarily managed by the hotel partner.
DonoRooms is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence, incorrect information, third-party payment delays, bank delays, force majeure events, hotel policy violations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users and partners must not misuse DonoRooms. The following activities are prohibited:
Creating fake bookings, fake accounts, fake reviews or misleading hotel listings.
Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, admin systems, APIs, payment systems or user data.
Uploading unlawful, offensive, copied, misleading or harmful content.
10. Updates to Terms
DonoRooms may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on donorooms.com. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
