All reservations are subject to room availability, hotel approval, successful payment authorization, and compliance with hotel-specific requirements. A booking shall only be considered confirmed once a booking confirmation is issued through the platform.
Pricing, Taxes & Service Charges
Room prices displayed on DONO Rooms may include applicable taxes, fees and service charges unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change at any time before booking confirmation. Promotional offers, discounts and coupons may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
Payments & Billing

Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Hotels listed on DONO Rooms are independently owned and operated. Accommodation standards, room quality, cleanliness, safety measures, amenities, staff conduct, and hotel-specific policies remain the sole responsibility of the respective hotel partner.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, graphics, content, software, platform design, source code, branding materials, business processes and intellectual property associated with DONO Rooms are owned by DONO GLOBAL CORPORATION and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONO Rooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from hotel stays, booking disputes, travel interruptions, third-party actions, force majeure events or service disruptions.
